It was completely renewed in 2003.
 
It consists of 3 small apartments with a kitchen and the space for 2 till 4 persons and 9 bigger apartments with the kitchen which can accommodate from 4 till 6 persons.
 
All the apartments have the balcony and some of them have the sea view.
